Following in his grandfathers and fathers footsteps, Ben Dawson has always been interested in real estate. As a young boy, he loved helping his dad put up marketing boards and stick on the ‘Sold’ signs.

In 2001, at the age of 25, Ben decided to leave behind the Motor Industry, and set out on his successful real estate career when he joined his father in the family business. He quickly became a fully licensed real estate agent and hasn’t looked back since.

Growing up and working in the Manningham area, has provided Ben with an extensive knowledge of the local market. This expertise combined with his excellent business acumen, is what makes Ben a true professional.

Away from work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Narelle and young son Noah. He has a keen interest in motor sports, outdoor activities and AFL football.

In one career highlight, Ben was the key agent successfully negotiating the sale of 11,550 square meters of land adjoining Westfield Shoppingtown Doncaster to hardware giant Bunnings warehouse, who plan to develop on the land into a mixed high rise development, incorporating a two level Bunnings Warehouse.
